Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services and crowd management at diverse events
- Set up and break down event infrastructure including stages, seating, and signage
- Manage vendor coordination and ensure seamless execution of event logistics
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures during high-traffic events
- Assist with registration, ticketing, and attendee engagement activities
- Maintain professional appearance and brand standards at all venues
- Report operational issues and contribute to post-event feedback sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age with reliable transportation to Jersey City venues
- Previous event hospitality, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting (up to 30 lbs), and extended walking
- Professional demeanor with problem-solving abilities during unexpected situations
- Valid NJ driver's license a plus for mobile event assignments
- Must pass standard background screening and drug testing
