Responsibilities
- Execute precision espresso extraction and specialty brewing techniques
- Train and mentor junior baristas on quality standards
- Develop seasonal beverage menus featuring local ingredients
- Manage inventory control and optimize supply chain logistics
- Curate customer experiences through personalized service
- Collaborate with roasters on cupping and quality assurance
- Represent the brand at community events and pop-ups
Qualifications
- 3+ years specialty coffee experience with advanced latte art certification
- Expertise in espresso calibration and equipment maintenance
- Proven ability to train and develop staff
- Knowledge of coffee origins and flavor profiling
- Exceptional customer service with high-end clientele experience
- Inventory management and POS proficiency
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings
