Responsibilities
- Execute specialty coffee brewing with precision (espresso, pour-over, cold brew)
- Train and mentor junior baristas on advanced techniques
- Develop seasonal beverage menus using premium ingredients
- Maintain pristine equipment and inventory control systems
- Deliver personalized customer experiences with product knowledge
- Manage daily operations during peak hours
- Collaborate with pastry chefs on coffee-pairing initiatives
- Contribute to social media content showcasing craftsmanship
Qualifications
- 3+ years specialty coffee experience with portfolio of latte art
- Expert knowledge in coffee bean origins, roasts, and extraction
- Proven ability to train and lead barista teams
- ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety training
- Advanced POS system proficiency (Square/Toast preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Availability for early mornings (4:30 AM start)
