Responsibilities
- Masterfully craft specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Train and mentor junior baristas on advanced techniques and customer service
- Manage inventory, ordering, and quality control of premium coffee beans
- Develop seasonal drink menus featuring locally sourced ingredients
- Lead peak-hour operations ensuring seamless workflow and service excellence
- Execute café marketing initiatives including social media and events
- Maintain pristine café environment exceeding health and safety standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional barista experience with latte art certification
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Proven leadership experience in fast-paced food service environments
- Exceptional customer service skills with ability to build client loyalty
- Strong inventory management and cost control abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Food Handler's certification and ServSafe preferred
