Responsibilities
- Master espresso extraction and specialty brewing techniques while maintaining quality standards
- Train and mentor junior baristas on beverage recipes, customer service, and operational workflows
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cash handling procedures with precision
- Develop seasonal drink menus and participate in coffee cupping sessions
- Lead opening/closing duties including equipment maintenance and sanitation
- Foster a collaborative, positive team environment during peak hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional barista experience with advanced latte art skills
- Extensive knowledge of coffee origins, roasting profiles, and brewing methods
- Proven leadership experience in fast-paced service environments
- ServSafe certification or food handling experience preferred
- Exceptional multitasking and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
