Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and creativity
- Train and mentor new baristas on brewing techniques and customer service
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness of equipment
- Develop seasonal drink menus and conduct tastings for customers
- Handle POS transactions and resolve customer inquiries promptly
- Collaborate with management to optimize daily operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional barista experience
- Expert knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and weekends
- Food Handler Certification preferred
- Strong attention to detail and passion for coffee culture
- Basic inventory management experience
