Responsibilities
- Masterfully prepare premium espresso drinks and pour-over coffee using advanced techniques
- Train and mentor junior baristas on beverage quality and customer service excellence
- Develop seasonal menus featuring locally sourced ingredients
- Manage inventory control and quality assurance for premium coffee beans
- Create engaging customer experiences through personalized service and coffee education
- Operate and maintain high-end espresso machines and brewing equipment
- Collaborate with the culinary team on coffee-inspired food pairings
Qualifications
- 3+ years of specialty coffee experience with proven latte art skills
- Expert knowledge of coffee bean origins, roasting profiles, and brewing methods
- Exceptional customer service with ability to build loyal client relationships
- Strong leadership and training capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume upscale environment
- Food Handler's certification preferred
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
