Responsibilities
- Master espresso extraction and develop signature beverage recipes
- Train and mentor junior baristas on brewing techniques and customer service
- Manage inventory control and maintain premium equipment
- Curate seasonal menus featuring local ingredients and innovative flavors
- Lead daily operations during peak hours with precision and flair
- Collaborate with management on customer experience improvements
- Ensure flawless execution of latte art and beverage presentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years specialty coffee experience with advanced latte art skills
- Expert knowledge of coffee origins, roasts, and brewing methods
- Proven leadership in fast-paced service environments
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Portfolio of innovative beverage creations preferred
- Valid CA Food Handler's License
