Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare specialty coffee drinks using premium beans and advanced techniques
- Mentor junior baristas and maintain consistent quality standards
- Manage daily inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance
- Deliver exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations
- Develop innovative seasonal drink menus and promotions
- Ensure cleanliness and safety compliance across all stations
Qualifications
- 3+ years professional barista experience with espresso mastery
- Knowledge of coffee bean origins, roasts, and brewing methods
- Proven leadership experience in fast-paced service environments
- Ability to multitask during peak hours while maintaining composure
- ServSafe Food Handler certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
