Responsibilities
- Set up and breakdown event venues, including tables, chairs, decorations, and signage.
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout the event.
- Direct traffic and manage crowd control to ensure safety and order.
- Assist with event operations, such as managing registration areas or serving refreshments.
- Ensure all event materials and equipment are handled with care.
- Communicate effectively with event coordinators and team members.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED preferred).
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event staffing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (typically 4-6 hours).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from event locations.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
