Responsibilities
- Execute espresso extraction and latte art with precision
- Train new baristas on beverage recipes and customer service standards
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, and supplies
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment and workspace
- Develop seasonal beverage menus and promotions
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with exceptional service
- Collaborate with roasters to showcase new coffee profiles
Qualifications
- 3+ years of specialty coffee experience
- Expert-level latte art skills and espresso mastery
- Ability to work efficiently during peak hours
- Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities
- Knowledge of coffee origin, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
