Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and implement scalable, high-performance system architectures specifically tailored for the technological demands of 2026.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and lead a cross-functional squad in the research and development of proprietary AI algorithms.
- Technology Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Neuromorphic Engineering) and integrate them into our core product stack.
- Performance Optimization: Drive the optimization of real-time data processing and ensure zero-latency performance for global clients.
- Code Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards, security protocols, and architectural patterns across the organization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic roadmaps for executive leadership and product stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with at least 3 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- AI & Machine Learning: Strong background in training large language models and deploying AI agents in production environments.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in quantum computing libraries such as Qiskit or Cirq.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical visions to non-technical audiences.
