Responsibilities
- Define and execute the architectural vision for Project 2026, aligning technical strategy with business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance systems using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct code reviews, system architecture reviews, and technical assessments to ensure quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Identify potential risks and technical debt, implementing mitigation strategies early in the development lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in AI, Machine Learning, and distributed systems to integrate relevant advancements into Project 2026.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Proven experience in leading large-scale migrations and greenfield projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
