In this role, you will define the foundational technology stack for the next generation of self-driving infrastructure, merging deep learning with real-time processing systems.

Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the high-level architecture for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic goals.
- Lead a cross-functional team of software engineers, data scientists, and hardware specialists to drive product development.
- Oversee the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) with sensor fusion technologies to enhance decision-making capabilities.
- Establish best practices for code quality, system security, and performance optimization in a distributed computing environment.
- Conduct architectural reviews and technical mentoring to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development roadmaps.
- Identify potential scalability bottlenecks and implement solutions to ensure system resilience.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the AI or autonomous systems sector.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and ROS2 (Robot Operating System).
- Proven experience designing scalable distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong background in machine learning algorithms, specifically within the domain of perception and planning.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with safety-critical systems and compliance standards (ISO 26262, SOTIF) is highly preferred.
