Job Description
Are you ready to define the technological landscape of 2026? At Chronos Dynamics, we don't just predict the future; we engineer it. We are seeking a visionary Lead Architect to spearhead the development of our next-generation Autonomous General Intelligence (AGI) systems. This is not just a job; it is an opportunity to shape the trajectory of human-machine collaboration.
As a leader in our engineering division, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable, production-ready systems. You will work in a high-performance environment where innovation is the only metric that matters. If you are passionate about solving the hardest problems in artificial intelligence and building the tools of tomorrow, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling exascale computing requirements for 2026 and beyond.
- Research Integration: Translate cutting-edge theoretical research into practical, deployable software components and algorithms.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of elite software engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and rapid prototyping.
- Ethical AI Oversight: Establish and enforce strict guidelines for ethical AI development, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in all autonomous systems.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define long-term technical strategies and product roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years leading high-impact AI/ML projects.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, undefined problems in large-scale systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
