Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Framework: Design and implement scalable, quantum-ready system architectures that prepare our platforms for the technological shifts of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead a World-Class Team: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
- Drive System Evolution: Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-gen protocols, ensuring zero downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Future-Proofing Strategy: Identify emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Neural Interfaces) and integrate them into our core product roadmap.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to align technical architecture with business goals.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze system performance metrics to ensure sub-millisecond latency and robust scalability under high load.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record in leading complex software architecture for enterprise-level applications.
- Expertise in Next-Gen AI: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI integration, and Neural Network infrastructure.
- Quantum Readiness: Familiarity with quantum computing principles and post-quantum cryptography is a strong plus.
