Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable synthetic data generation pipelines using advanced machine learning models.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to define the technical roadmap for 2026 initiatives.
- Ensure the ethical use of AI and synthetic data, implementing robust governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
- Conduct rigorous research to identify emerging trends in NLP, Computer Vision, and Multi-modal AI.
- Oversee the deployment of models into production environments, focusing on performance and security.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale data infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI models (GANs, VAEs, Transformers).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
