Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technical Roadmap, aligning architectural decisions with long-term business goals.
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable microservices and cloud-native architectures.
- Lead architecture reviews and ensure code quality, security, and performance standards across all teams.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex 2026 product visions into actionable technical specifications.
- Drive the migration strategy to modernize legacy infrastructure ahead of the 2026 launch.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing) to integrate them into our core systems.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven experience designing high-availability, distributed systems using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Strong background in database design (SQL and NoSQL) and data security protocols.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
