What You'll Do
- Strategic Planning: Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Technical Design: Design complex distributed systems and microservices architectures that leverage cloud-native technologies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Prototype Development: Spearhead Proof of Concept (PoC) projects for emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture and full-stack development.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; extensive experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Deep understanding of machine learning pipelines, NLP, and large language models.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for the 2026 product vision.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.
- Drive technical decision-making and establish coding standards.
- Ensure system reliability, high availability, and disaster recovery planning.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and architectural debt.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in designing scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience implementing AI/ML solutions at scale.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
