- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring senior engineers and fostering innovation.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Computational Neuroscience.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead or Architect role within AI/ML.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, CUDA, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
