Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the conceptualization and execution of long-term AI goals for the Horizon Initiative.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the development of robust machine learning infrastructure capable of handling high-velocity data streams.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to integrate AI capabilities into consumer and enterprise solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze emerging technological trends and competitor activities to keep Chronos Future Systems at the forefront of innovation.
- Ethical Governance: Establish and enforce AI ethics protocols to ensure responsible and transparent technology deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in AI strategy, machine learning engineering, or data science.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing engineering teams and manage complex projects from conception to launch.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
