Responsibilities
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead cutting-edge research in Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning to drive our roadmap for 2026.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical vision and long-term research strategy for our AI initiatives, ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and manage a team of talented data scientists and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to translate complex research into deployable, high-performance software products.
- Patent & Publication: Drive the creation of intellectual property and contribute to high-impact academic publications and industry conferences.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research, with a proven track record of leading research teams or projects.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA. Deep knowledge of transformer architectures, NLP, and deep reinforcement learning.
- Research Track Record: Demonstrated ability to publish in top-tier venues (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or contribute to open-source AI projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on solving complex, ambiguous problems.
