Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant AI models capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Lead the architectural roadmap for our 2026 quantum infrastructure migration and integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate bio-feedback loops into machine learning systems.
- Optimize algorithmic efficiency to reduce energy consumption in high-performance computing clusters.
- Establish rigorous security protocols for autonomous systems and decentralized ledgers.
- Mentor senior engineers and define coding standards for the AI division.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, specifically within high-scale tech environments.
- Proven expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with hands-on experience in Quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, GANs, and reinforcement learning.
- Strong track record of leading technical teams and driving innovation from concept to production.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
