Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap aligned with the 2026 business vision, focusing on AI integration and digital transformation.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging tech trends (GenAI, Edge Computing, Neurotech) and assess their viability for adoption.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic business insights for C-suite executives and board members.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budget management for R&D projects and ensure optimal allocation of resources for future-proofing our platforms.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, AI development, or a similar executive technical role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and large-scale data systems.
