Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale datasets.
- Lead Research & Development (R&D) efforts to pioneer novel algorithms for the 2026 roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex technical requirements into robust solutions.
- Optimize existing models for high-performance inference and minimal latency.
- Mentor and upskill junior data scientists and engineers within the organization.
- Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict ethical guidelines and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior engineering capacity.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of deploying scalable AI models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
