Responsibilities
- Architect Adaptive Interfaces: Design and implement frontend architectures that leverage AI to predict user needs and dynamically adjust layouts in real-time.
- Generative UI Development: Integrate LLMs and generative models directly into the frontend pipeline to create content that is dynamically generated based on user context.
- High-Performance Rendering: Optimize WebGL and Canvas rendering for complex, data-heavy visualizations, ensuring 60fps performance across devices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with AI researchers and product designers to translate complex algorithms into intuitive user experiences.
- Code Quality & Mentorship: Establish best practices for AI-augmented development, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior engineers in modern frontend technologies.
- Technical Strategy: Stay ahead of emerging trends (e.g., Spatial Computing, Predictive UX) and advise leadership on technical roadmaps for the 2026 release cycle.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with at least 2 years leading technical teams or projects.
- Core Skills: Expert proficiency in TypeScript, React, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- AI Integration: Proven experience integrating AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) or building custom machine learning models within frontend applications.
- 3D/WebGL: Strong understanding of Three.js, WebGL, or similar graphics libraries for building immersive web experiences.
- Architecture: Experience with micro-frontends, state management (Redux/Zustand), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
