Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure for The 2026 Initiative.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in developing proprietary machine learning algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex research into deployable products.
- Define technical standards, coding best practices, and system architecture guidelines.
- Conduct in-depth research into emerging technologies, specifically focusing on the 2026 roadmap.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure system security, reliability, and efficiency across all deployed neural models.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software architecture and machine learning engineering.
- Proven expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
