Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy cutting-edge AI models designed for the 2026 roadmap, including generative AI and quantum-ready algorithms.
- Lead the technical strategy for data pipelines, ensuring scalability and real-time processing capabilities.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and mentorship.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and ethical AI practices across all deployed projects.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and drive technical debt reduction initiatives.
- Present architectural proposals to executive stakeholders and investors to secure buy-in for major initiatives.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), large language models, and distributed systems.
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, high-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries or a strong aptitude for emerging quantum technologies is a plus.
