In this position, you will lead a world-class team of engineers and data scientists, bridging the gap between theoretical AI breakthroughs and scalable, real-world infrastructure. You will drive the technical vision for our proprietary neural networks, ensuring they are not only cutting-edge but also ethical and robust.
Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and deploy advanced machine learning models and neural networks capable of processing petabytes of data for real-time energy optimization.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and guide the technical roadmap for our AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with Project 2026 milestones.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and C-suite executives to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric solutions.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce rigorous frameworks for data privacy, bias mitigation, and responsible AI usage.
- Innovation & R&D: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, experimenting with Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks (GANs) to maintain our competitive edge.
- System Reliability: Oversee the deployment pipeline and ensure 99.99% uptime for critical AI-driven services.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in machine learning architecture and system design.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Project Management: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
