Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the end-to-end deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions, focusing on scalability and real-time processing.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge algorithms, specifically in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), ensuring readiness for 2026 standards.
- Define and enforce AI ethics protocols, ensuring responsible data usage and algorithmic fairness across all products.
- Mentor a team of top-tier engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and executive teams to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., Agentic AI, Spatial Computing) that can be integrated into our roadmap.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying production-level machine learning models.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
