Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for the 2026 autonomous system stack, ensuring high availability, scalability, and fault tolerance.
- AI Model Optimization: Lead the optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision systems to meet the rigorous performance benchmarks of 2026 infrastructure.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a cross-functional squad of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 initiative, aligning engineering output with long-term business goals.
- Rapid Prototyping: Rapidly prototype and validate new technologies, moving concepts from research to production in a high-velocity environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect, Principal Engineer, or similar strategic role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and Kubernetes.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing complex distributed systems at massive scale.
- Emerging Tech: Deep understanding of emerging technologies relevant to 2026, such as Edge AI, Quantum Computing interfaces, and Synthetic Data generation.
