Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap and architectural standards for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- System Design: Design and implement large-scale deep learning and generative AI architectures that are scalable, secure, and high-performance.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and optimization of proprietary algorithms to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and inference speeds.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, researchers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce best practices for responsible AI, ensuring fairness, transparency, and compliance with evolving regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong proficiency in distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure) and cloud infrastructure.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying production-grade NLP or Computer Vision models at scale.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing engineering teams and drive projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving complex, unstructured problems in dynamic environments.
