Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, robust, and secure AI/ML infrastructure and pipelines.
- Lead the architecture strategy for large-scale machine learning models, ensuring high performance and low latency.
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC) for AI projects, from research to production deployment.
- Mentor and guide a team of data scientists and software engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and apply them to our product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying successful ML models into production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
