Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI models capable of processing multi-modal data streams in real-time.
- Lead a team of senior data scientists and engineers in the development of Generative AI 4.0 prototypes.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure the scalability, security, and efficiency of our core AI infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for model governance, bias mitigation, and ethical AI deployment.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to integrate emerging technologies, such as Neuromorphic computing, into production environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and artificial intelligence development.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark).
- Proven track record of deploying AI systems that handle terabytes of data with sub-millisecond latency.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and experience implementing safety guardrails for LLMs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor high-performing engineering teams.
