Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and implement the core 2026 AI architecture, focusing on scalability, fault tolerance, and quantum integration.
- Protocol Development: Define and standardize the communication protocols for next-gen neural interfaces.
- Team Leadership: Lead a high-performance team of AI researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Roadmap Planning: Create and execute the technical roadmap for our 2026 product line, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Optimization: Continuously optimize existing algorithms for improved efficiency and reduced latency in real-time processing environments.
- Research Integration: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating cutting-edge research from top-tier institutions into our production systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts for executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems. Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- 2026 Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate and architect for future tech trends, specifically regarding AGI and neural link technologies.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, open-ended problems in high-stakes environments.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior developers and drive technical consensus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
