Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps for quantum-AI convergence systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions for 2026-tech research
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech lifecycle management
- Present future-tech strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor emerging talent in emerging technology specializations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in R&D leadership with 5+ in future-tech domains
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proven track record scaling tech innovations to $100M+ impact
- Expertise in ISO 26000 and IEEE ethics standards
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Experience with government innovation grants (SBIR, DARPA)
