- Drive strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Champion a culture of experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or product development leadership
- Proven track record launching at least 3 market-transforming products
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and future forecasting
- MBA or advanced degree in relevant field (preferred)
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams
- Strong financial acumen for budget scaling and investment decisions
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (for APAC partnerships)
