Responsibilities
- Lead scenario planning and horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities for 2026-2030
- Develop and maintain the Technology Radar Framework, evaluating emerging innovations in quantum, biotech, and AI
- Facilitate cross-organizational workshops to align stakeholders on future-state roadmaps
- Produce strategic foresight reports and executive briefings on innovation trends and risks
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing concepts through pilot programs
- Establish governance protocols for ethical innovation and responsible development of emerging technologies
- Represent the organization at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field with 8+ years in innovation leadership
- Proven track record in developing and executing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., from WFS or APF)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across geographies and cultural boundaries
- Published thought leadership in innovation management or technology futures
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
