Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services and crowd management at assigned venues
- Execute event setup/breakdown according to venue protocols
- Manage registration/check-in systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Enforce safety guidelines and emergency procedures
- Assist with VIP guest coordination and special requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Report operational issues and maintain event cleanliness
Qualifications
- Must be available for immediate start (within 48 hours)
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours in active environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid government-issued photo ID required
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic digital literacy for check-in systems
