Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and credential verification at event entrances
- Direct attendees to seating areas, vendors, and amenities
- Enforce venue safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with vendor setup and breakdown operations
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests and clients
- Collaborate with security and event management teams
- Report maintenance issues and crowd concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to stand/walk for 6-8 hour shifts
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to event venues
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Basic knowledge of crowd control techniques preferred
- Previous event or customer service experience a plus
