Responsibilities
- Manage guest registration and check-in processes with precision
- Provide exceptional customer service and event information support
- Execute venue setup/teardown according to event specifications
- Monitor crowd flow and ensure safety compliance at all times
- Coordinate with vendors and on-site event management teams
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with valid photo ID
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours continuously
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
