Responsibilities
- Attend comprehensive paid training sessions covering event protocols and safety procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees and VIP guests
- Manage guest registration, check-in processes, and credential distribution
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and venue maintenance
- Monitor crowd flow and enforce venue policies professionally
- Collaborate with event coordinators to ensure seamless execution
- Respond to attendee inquiries with poise and problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills for check-in systems (training provided)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
