Responsibilities
- Guest assistance and wayfinding at event venues
- Enforce venue policies and safety protocols
- Manage entry points and ticket scanning
- Distribute promotional materials and event guides
- Coordinate with vendors and security teams
- Report maintenance issues and crowd concerns
- Maintain clean and organized event spaces
- Support VIP guest experiences as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (6-8 hours)
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Reliable transportation to event locations
