Responsibilities

- Operate ticket scanning systems and point-of-sale equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service during high-pressure scenarios
- Collaborate with vendors and security teams for cohesive event execution
- Set up/break down event infrastructure including signage and barricades
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid photo ID
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in outdoor/indoor environments
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
