Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming merchandise from delivery trucks
- Stock shelves and displays according to planograms
- Rotate products to ensure freshness and proper inventory management
- Maintain clean, organized stockroom and sales floor
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely
- Assist with inventory counts and loss prevention
- Collaborate with overnight team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Early morning availability (shifts start 4:00-5:00 AM)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Previous stocking or warehouse experience preferred
- Valid driver's license for equipment operation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation to McCormick Pkwy location
