Responsibilities
- Expertly craft specialty coffee beverages including espresso, lattes, and cold brew to exact specifications
- Deliver outstanding customer service with warm greetings and personalized recommendations
- Maintain spotless cleanliness of coffee station, equipment, and customer areas
- Operate POS system efficiently for cash, card, and mobile transactions
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee, pastries, and supplies
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold food safety standards and health code regulations at all times
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and product ingredients
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Must be 18+ with reliable transportation and work authorization
