Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages while maintaining quality standards
- Engage customers with warm, personalized service and product knowledge
- Manage inventory and uphold cleanliness across all coffee stations
- Collaborate with remote team members on menu innovation and promotions
- Process transactions accurately using our digital POS system
- Support cafe operations through flexible on-site and remote scheduling
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of barista or customer service experience
- Proficiency in espresso preparation and milk steaming techniques
- Strong communication skills with remote collaboration abilities
- Basic knowledge of coffee sourcing and brewing methods
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid Florida Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to our St. Petersburg location
