Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, welcoming, and professional attitude.
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, espresso machines, and Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Engage with customers to learn their preferences and offer personalized recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and manage inventory levels for ingredients.
Qualifications
- Previous barista or food service experience is a plus but not required; we train the right candidates.
- Strong passion for coffee, tea, and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment during peak hours.
