Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages with precision and artistry
- Engage warmly with customers, ensuring personalized service and order accuracy
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of espresso machines, brewing equipment, and service areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently and handle cash transactions with integrity
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and inventory management
- Uphold strict food safety standards and allergen protocols

Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months barista experience with specialty coffee knowledge
- Proficiency in espresso extraction techniques and latte art fundamentals
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking
