Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests across dining and event spaces
- Operate POS systems and process payments accurately
- Prepare and maintain food/beverage stations during evening hours
- Coordinate with team members for seamless weekend event coverage
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards during all shifts
- Assist with inventory management and restocking operations
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly with a positive attitude
Qualifications
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekend rotations
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Basic cash handling and POS system proficiency
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional errands)
